Cancellation And Refund Policy

At Rocking Deals Circular Economy Ltd, we operate strictly under a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. As such, the following terms apply to all B2B transactions:

1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  1. Cancellations or refunds are not permitted after confirmation, under any circumstances.
  2. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final.

2. Order Inspection
We strongly advise all B2B customers to:

  1. Conduct a thorough inspection of goods prior to dispatch.
  2. Utilize the option of on-site inspection at our warehouse to ensure satisfaction before the order leaves our facility.
    Once the order is shipped, Rocking Deals Circular Economy Ltd is not liable for:
    • Any transit damage
    • Claims regarding defective material

3. Exceptions
In exceptional cases where the dispatch error is on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent):

  • The matter will be reviewed internally.
  • At our sole discretion, we may offer: A replacement, or A credit note
  • Refunds will not be issued, even in such cases.
