2. Transportation Responsibility

• Vendors are solely responsible for arranging transportation from our warehouse to their designated location.

  • Delivery delays
  • Transit damages
  • Third-party mishandling
• All transportation, insurance, and logistics costs are to be borne by the vendor.

3. Assistance & Support

• We do not provide logistics as a service, but we are always happy to:
  • Assist with pickup coordination
  • Recommend reliable transport contacts

4. Important Notes

• No Door-to-Door Delivery or Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for B2B orders.
• All shipments are dispatched ex-warehouse. Once goods leave our premises, the risk and responsibility transfer to the vendor or their authorized transporter.
